Istarted cleaning houses on my own in 1999. It was just me, a bucket of supplies, and a genuine love for making a space feel fresh. I did not have a business plan or a marketing strategy. I had work ethic and a desire to do right by the people who trusted me in their homes.

Since then, I have learned so many important things. Which products work and which ones are a waste of money. The do's and, most importantly, the don'ts. How to truly listen to what a client needs rather than just running through a checklist. How to work efficiently without cutting corners. And how to train employees to care about the work the same way I do.

For 27 years, I never advertised my business. Not once. Every client I have ever had came from someone else who trusted me enough to tell a friend or a family member about our work. That kind of word-of-mouth does not happen by accident. It happens when people genuinely feel good about the experience, when their home feels different after we leave, and when they know they can count on us week after week, year after year.

Some of our clients have been with us for over 13 years. That still amazes me. They have watched their families grow while we have been there, keeping their homes clean through every stage of life. We have seen first apartments, new houses, renovations, babies, empty nests. We have been part of these families' lives in a quiet, consistent way, and that is something I do not take for granted.

Today, Clear Life Cleaning serves homes across Placerville, Camino, Pollock Pines, Diamond Springs, Cameron Park, and Folsom. I still work alongside my team. I still care about every home we walk into. And I am still building this business the same way I started it - one happy client at a time.
